PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly manufacture a large-area (wide) tape-like oxide superconductive wire having a uniform superconductive characteristic in the width direction thereof.;SOLUTION: A tape-like wire 6 is arranged between a pair of reels 5a and 5b; a reactive gas is vertically supplied to a film surface on the upper side of the tape-like wire from a gas supply hole of a reactive gas supply tube 3a to react a film body of the tape-like wire with a superconductive layer; and the gas after the reaction is exhausted from gas exhaust holes of exhaust tubes 4a and 4b for the reacted gas at the same time. The reactive gas is vertically supplied to a film surface on the lower side of the tape-like wire 6 in a similar fashion to react the film body of the tape-like wire with the superconductive layer; and the reacted gas is exhausted from gas exhaust holes of exhaust tubes 4c and 4d for the reacted gas at the same time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
