PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container elevating operation support method and a container spreader positioning device, accurately positioning a container and a container spreader.;SOLUTION: According to this elevating operation method of the container 20, the corner parts of the container 20 below the container spreader 16 are imaged by image pickup parts provided at the respective corner parts on a diagonal of the container spreader 16, the respective videos obtained by imaging the corner parts of the container 20 are displayed to be simultaneously recognized, the locus of the corner parts of the container 20 in lowering the container spreader 18 is displayed, and with the corner parts of the container aligned with the locus, the container spreader is lowered.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
