PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition which is enhanced in weather resistance, discoloration resistance and flex cracking resistance performances, a pneumatic tire having a sidewall comprised of the rubber composition and a manufacturing method of the rubber composition.;SOLUTION: The rubber composition comprises a diene rubber and a butyl rubber and is obtained by kneading the rubber components and dynamically crosslinking them while kneading them with a dynamic crosslinking agent added. The pneumatic tire has the sidewall comprised of the rubber composition.
