PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent substrate on which a cured coating film having sufficient adhesion to the substrate and sufficient hardness.;SOLUTION: The curable composition comprises 5-80 pts. wt. cationically polymerizable compound having an aromatic ring in the molecule and 20-95 pts. wt. cationically polymerizable compound not having an aromatic ring in the molecule. The cured film is formed on the surface of the transparent substrate by using the composition as a curable material.
