PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the molding method of a sleeve for pipe joint that can pour the resin well in balance into a molding metal flask and bury the reinforced ring finely while maintaining the positioning.;SOLUTION: A core pin 22 having a small diameter part 22a to form a thin part, an uneven part, a thick part and an inside circumference face of the sleeve, an uneven molding face 22b and a large diameter part 22d is prepared in the molding metal flask 20 to injection mold the sleeve for pipe joint. At least three places of ribs 23 are prepared to fix the position of the reinforced ring 6 on the outer circumference of the large diameter part 22d of this core pin 22, the sleeve is molded by pouring the resin into the molding metal flask 20 in the condition where the reinforced ring 6 is fixed beforehand in this rib 23, 23, 23 and burying the reinforced ring except for the part to contact the rib 23 in the thick part of the sleeve.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
