PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the durability of a guide gib and a guide rail by receiving loads by maximum faces even if an auger is tilted when a cutting device is pushed in or pulled out.;SOLUTION: The guide gib 8 comprises guide rail engagement parts 8a and 8a slidably engaged with the guide rail 6 installed in the longitudinal direction of a leader 3 and an auger connection part 8b connected to the auger 7. The auger connection part 8b is connected through a connection pin 13 crossing perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of the leader 3 so as to be rotated in the circumferential direction of the connection pin 13.
