PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video presenter that is a data presenter device provided with a digital image processing function and displays a magnified particular part of data obtained by aggregating image data to be used for a presentation and to provide a video presenter system. SOLUTION: The video presenter is configured with detection means 94, 95 that detect information of a position on a material board pointed out by a pointing means 120 and, a zoom control means 92 that magnifies a particular part of material at the position on the material board pointed out by the pointing means 120 in response to the information of the position on the material board detected by the detection means 94, 95 and provides an output of the magnified data as its control.
