A metallic component (5) is against the copper region. Preferred Features: The latter has a conductivity greater than 250W/mK and a mean granular size in excess of 100 Microm. A refractory metal-copper laminate is between them in an intermediate region (3). The laminate is 0.1-4 mm thick, and the refractory metal content is 10-40 Vol%. The refractory metal phase forms a skeleton.
