PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an labeling roller and a labeling machine for accurately labeling with a surface pressure for a labeling object kept approximately constant without using a driving means such as a motor.;SOLUTION: An elastic member 11, an external surface pressure adjust member 12A and an internal surface pressure adjust member 12B are provided on the outer periphery of a roller body 10 formed like a shaft. The elastic member and adjust members are received respectively in first to third receives 14, 15 and 16 provided on the outer periphery of the roller body. The elastic member 11 comes into contact with the upper surface of a label L, while the external and internal surface pressure adjust members 12A and 12B come into contact with the upper surface of a table T.
