PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorizing agent that quickly reacts with and decomposes sulfur odorous components or the like, such as hydrogen sulfide and a thiol; has an excellent ability to work quickly caused by its strong antiseptic action and deodorant action against gram-negative bacteria present in a source of bad smells; has an excellent ability to keep deodorizing effect because it prevents bad smell from generating by resolving or altering the source of bad smells such as amino acids; and has an excellent storage ability as well as excellent environmental friendliness; when it is brought into contact with a source of bad smell including kitchen garbage and waste products of a food factory or the like, a food-processing factory and a store treating seafood etc., sludge, dung or urine of companion animals etc., an animal breeding farm, a rest room, an air conditioner, and mold, etc. PSOLUTION: The deodorizing agent comprises an aqueous solvent, in which hydrogen peroxide and/or ozone are dissolved, and bacillus subtilis and/or bacillus natto which are dispersed in the aqueous solvent.
