PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an extruded aluminum pipe material capable of reducing surface roughness of the extruded pipe material and a manufacturing method of an aluminum pipe for a photosensitive drum excellent in surface quality.;SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the extruded aluminum pipe material by extruding an aluminum billet 1, the billet whose maximum thickness T of a solidified shell layer 2 of the outer peripheral surface is 13mm or less is used as the billet 1. The drawing or ironing process is executed on the extruded aluminum pipe material obtained in this way, so that the aluminum pipe with excellent surface quality for the use of photosensitive drums can be obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
