PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it takes time and effort to set security data in a radio LAN system when a terminal utilizing the LAN system is newly added.;SOLUTION: An access point 20 is caused to acquire first ID data by a non-contact technique by an RFID tag different from radio LAN standards or infrared communication, and a radio LAN terminal 50 is caused to acquire the same ID data by embedding or reading. After that, the terminal 50 is caused to send subscription instruction data used as a connection request on the basis of the radio LAN standards, including the ID data, the access point side compares the ID data acquired by a technique other than the radio LAN standards with the ID data included in the subscription instruction data (step S240), and connection procedure is continued if the ID data coincides with each other.
