PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a local heat generation from heat due to heat from a heat source, while efficiently dissipating such heat.;SOLUTION: A thermal conductive member has a thermal diffusion sheet having an opening, and a thermal-conductive elastic body penetrated and fitted to the opening. The thermal-conductive elastic body has an engagement that engages with the opening, and a projection connected to the engagement and projected from the surface of the thermal diffusion sheet. It is preferable that the cross section of the projection of the thermal-conductive elastic body have an area larger than the opening of the diffusion sheet. It is preferable that either of a graphite sheet or a composite sheet, in which an aluminum foil is laminated on the surface of the graphite sheet is used as the thermal diffusion sheet.
