PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-parts transferring device capable of precisely transferring micro-parts one by one from a parts supplying device to a desired position in a machining or assembling work area.;SOLUTION: A transferring tool to be used for a micro-parts transferring device is provided with a tip part 42 for sucking micro-parts and a vibration generator 44 for applying vibration to it, and a suction hole 50 piercing through the tip part 42 and the vibration generator 44 is provided. The suction hole 50 straightly pierces through the tip part 42. The vibration generator 44 is positioned on the axis of the suction hole 50, for example, includes a plurality of piezoelectric elements connected to each other. The vibration generator 44 generates ultrasonic vibration in the axial direction of the suction hole 50 according to the supply of a driving signal to an electrode 52. The tip part 42 amplifies the ultrasonic vibration in the axial direction of the suction hole 50 generated by the vibration generator 44 by resonance and has a shape for generating steading-wave vibration in which the displacement in the axial direction of the suction hole 50 is maximized.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
