PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for processing of road traffic information wherein the content of traffic information notified in a route guidance operation or the like can be made to agree nearly with the content of traffic information obtained and understood visually by a user from a display means and to provide a program and an information recording medium. ;SOLUTION: The continuity of a road state such as a congestion state, a regulation state or the like inside traffic information links (v1, v2) recorded by a road-traffic-information receiving means 1 and the continuity of a road state such as a congestion state, a regulation state or the like existing inside a traffic information link on a different road are judged.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
