PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skeleton block which can obtain high strength after assembly and which is superior in workability during assembling work, a skeleton block structure which is composed of the skeleton block, and water storage facilities which are composed of the skeleton block structure. PSOLUTION: This skeleton block comprises: a flat plate-like square shape base; a supporting body which is erected on the top surface of the base and the leading end of which is provided with a supporting body-side fitting part; a base-side fitting part which is provided on the top surface of the base and into which the supporting body-side fitting part can be fitted; and an outer-periphery-of-base fitting part which is provided on the outer peripheral part of the undersurface of the base. Additionally, the skeleton block is also equipped with at least either of an outer-periphery-of-base fitting retainer part which can be fitted to the outer-periphery-of-base fitting part, and a center-of-base fitting retainer part. The undersurfaces of the bases are superposed on each other in the state of facing each other. Subsequently, when the center of one skeleton block is shifted to a corner of the other skeleton block, the skeleton blocks are fitted together only when erected positions of the supporting bodies overlap each other.
