PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a novel uneven molding sheet which can inexpensively and efficiently manufacture a base plate and suppresses a plate manufacturing cost, a product cost, etc., when the uneven molding sheet added with a relief base pattern on the upper surface of a projection is obtained.;SOLUTION: In the uneven molding sheet, an approximately flat base plate 32 and a mimeograph 33 with an opening 33a formed appropriately are provided, and a desired projection forming recess 31 is formed in a plate 7 by laying them to overlap each other. Between the base plate 32 and the mimeograph 33, a relief sheet R having appropriate unevenness on the surface is set.
