PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferentially display a content by a user frequently performing communication while opening a Weblog site to the public and to eliminate a spam-like content.;SOLUTION: This communication controller 30 is provided with a means 31 gathering a communication activity history between users while allowing the specification of a user terminal from a Weblog service server 10, a means 33 extracting the number and frequency of communication and an interactive property between the user terminals from the communication activity history as a communication relationship, a means 35 finding a distance value which is lowered as the number and frequency of communication and the interactive property is increased between the user terminals from the communication relationship, and a means 36 controlling a content/display order and the like of the communication information displayed on the user terminal according to the distance value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
