PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate setting of a correct date and time to a contribution date of an article without taking time and effort.;SOLUTION: A portable terminal 20 contributes a contribution article of a weblog to a weblog server 10 and uploads a file of a captured image etc. In the weblog server 10, a control unit 15 executes a program of a storage unit 13 to set a contribution date and time of the contribution article contributed from the portable terminal 20 to an actual contribution date and time in accordance with a predetermined condition, or to a date and time associated to the file of the captured image etc. (a time stamp if a data file, and an imaging date and time within Exif data if an image file).;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
