PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an intracerebral blood flow-augmenting agent without accompanying adverse effects observed in the conventional synthetic medicines, having a marked high effectiveness more continuous than those of them, and also having an excellence in view of its safety, and a processed food and beverage containing the intracerebral blood flow-augmenting agent. PSOLUTION: This intracerebral blood flow-augmenting agent contains at least 1 kind of an aqueous extract selected from those of cardamon, dill and fenugreek, and the aqueous extract is obtained by removing a fraction having 100,000 molecular weight.
