Method for measuring vitamin D3 receptor binding activity using fluorescence polarization method

摘要

A binding activity can be detected by measuring a change in the degree of fluorescence polarization of a fluorescent-labeled low-molecular weight compound showing a difference between the degree of fluorescence polarization at binding to a receptor and the degree of fluorescence polarization at not binding to the receptor. By using this method, a method of screening a compound binding to a vitamin D3 receptor is provided.
