PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly perform connection by efficiently connect/disconnect an electrode for an electrocardiograph(ECG).;SOLUTION: The electrode for ECG 1 includes: a plurality of electrodes 3 having an electrode pad 5 to be stuck to a human body, lead wire 6, and a contact 7 to be electrically connected to the ECG; and a holding case 4 having cylindrical storage parts to store the respective contacts 7 in a state wherein the connection end side of each contact 7 is projected outward.
