PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ARC generator and an ARC water producing apparatus which are easily adjusted even when an electrode is consumed and are inexpensive, and to provide an ARC water producing method using the apparatus.;SOLUTION: The ARC generator has a plurality of electrodes connected with a polyphase AC electric source, the tip sides of the electrodes are downward side and are arranged in such a manner that the tips of the electrodes are separated from each other although the electrodes approach each other toward the tip sides. In addition, a movable conductive inter-electrode member is disposed among the tips of the electrodes, the inter-electrode member is moved among the tips of the electrodes and arcs are generated by applying a voltage to the electrodes.
