PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aviation controlling control instruction input device enabling an operator to execute smooth operation regardless of whether the operator's dominant hand is right or left. SOLUTION: When the control instruction input device 10 for aviation control is reversed by 180 deg. around center point O of the vertical axis of an operation panel face 11 on the input device 10, respective operation members are arranged symmetrically with respect to the vertical axis before and after the reversion.
