When selection of the instructions and the additional instructions is performed by the control part by operating a GUI by the user (affirmative judgment in S104, 108), merge instructions in which the processing contents of the instructions and the processing contents of the additional instructions are merged are created by a service processing part (S112) and processing of the service is executed on the basis of the merge instructions (S114).
