PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of efficiently discharging a packed material, which is clogged in the upper part of a packed column, by which method working environments can be improved and the packed material adhering to the column can be separated when discharging is carried out.;SOLUTION: The method of discharging the packed material in the column uses a flexible tube having a diameter larger than that of the packed material but smaller than twice the diameter thereof and having small pores on its wall, is characterized by discharging the material clogged in the upper part of the column toward the outside of the lower part of the column by suction by reduced pressure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
