PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an office environment proposing method supporting an easy and effective improvement of an office environment, a server device, an office environment proposing system, and a program. SOLUTION: A copying machine 300 installed at an enterprise 200 sends periodically the information indicating its use state from a sending device 400 to a center 100. The center 100 accumulates the use state information sent from each sending device 400. When an employee of the enterprise 200 has a requirement for the office environment, he or she operates a terminal 500 and sends the requirement to the center 100 through a website set up by the center 100. The center 100 analyzes the received requirement and the use state information for the copy machine 300 corresponding to the employee and evaluates the office environment. The center 100 presents the analysis results to the whole employees of the enterprise 200 and the related persons of the maker of the copying machine 300 and collects proposals. The center 100 sorts out the applied proposals and presents them to the employees of the enterprise 200.
