PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-array biochip image accessing and analyzing device capable of being irradiated with a uniform and sufficient beam irradiation quantity, and having high access speed and a reduced image storage region, and its method.;SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a moving system for supporting optical equipment and a porous plate, and moving relatively the optical equipment and the porous plate in the different directions so that micro-array reflection images in all deep holes of a biochip can be read by one-time scanning step.
