A composition comprising a combination of a glucoamylase Enzyme, acid Stable Alpha Amylase and fungal acid protease.It also provides a method for the production of end products such as alcohols, from fermentable Sugars, which comprises the steps of: (a) contacting a suspension comprising a Ground Grain which contains Starch, with an alpha Amylase to produce a Liquid; (b) The contact of the liquid with a glucoamylase.An Acid Stable Alpha Amylase and fungal acid protease to produce fermentable sugars; and (c) the fermentation of fermentable Sugars in the presence of a Body of fermentation, to produce final products.
