Improvement of production process of charcoal by hydrothermal process, using resu00ecduos plants and biomass with high moisture and productivity, as gramu00ecneas, applies this coal as energy, burial in the soil, consisting of a system of carbon sequestration.The present invention relates to a process, belonging to the field of chemistry, environmental engineering, energy and agriculture, for the production and the way of using a type of charcoal, used as a source of energy and the incorporation into the soil.This coal basically consists of a porous charcoal of high specific surface area, produced by a hydrothermal process at low temperatures, until 320u00b0c and pressures up to 120 atmospheres. The typical equipment to produce these coals is the autoclave.The raw materials to produce the charcoal may be those with high moisture and high productivity, such as grass or stubble of crops such as rice, corn, cotton, sunflower and other more and bagasse and cane stubble. The charcoal produced by the hydrothermal method have high volatile content and particle size are thin.The proposed process also enables the extraction of the protein contained in the biomass used as raw material, and the use of the residue of extraction of protein, as a raw material for processing into coal.The process as a whole, provides for the use of biomass with high moisture and biomass waste in a step provided for extracting proteins and transforming the residue in charcoal by hydrothermal process.
