THE PRODUCT AND PROCESS FOR REVITALIZING NATURAL SOIL BIOTA AND VEGETABLE GROWTH consists of primary and secondary macronutrients and micronutrients already known by the state of the art, suspending agents, emulsifying agents, protective agents for accelerated growth of microorganisms, allantoin, glycolic extract. seaweed, gelatin, sorbitol, glycerol, amino acids, natural gums, bentonite clay, charcoal and activated carbon, dehydrated milk, polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP-K), glucose, crustacean ground shells and hydrolyzate containing mixtures of collagen, blood and meat, sequestering or complexing agents, organic substrates, natural growth stimulant, cross-linking agent, gradual release compound for coating macronutrients and living microorganisms with nematicidal function. The PRODUCTION PROCESS is carried out through the composition preparation and the mixing procedure, being Phase A the preparation of growth culture, adaptation and selection of living organisms; Phase B of organic substrate preparation; Micronutrient preparation phase C; Phase D of the growth additive and Phase E of the preparation of controlled release macronutrients. The manufacturing procedure consists of mixing the Phase B components to the Phase E components, then adding the prepared nutrients by mixing the C and D phases. Then making the B, E, C and D mixture and allowing to compost for a long period. After optimum composting has occurred, inoculate this mixture with the phase A components, allowing to ferment controlled for a selected fermentation to occur. Finally, to have products in the form of powder or bran, the classification is made by vibrating sieves. For products that need to be marketed in granular form, the granulation process occurs after composting mixtures B, E, C and D in a traditional market granulator and dryer equipment. The product resulting from the mixing of the phase A components is inoculated into the ready granules, where they will be fermented for a predetermined period of time, after which the fertilizer is sent for commercialization.
