: Preamble Haemoglobin estimation and Blood Sugar are routine investigations frequently done. Almost every human being in the world undergoes this investigation in some point of their life. With available investigation methods, blood has to be aspirated from the veins and the investigations are done in the lab. It takes atleast 20 minutes for the test results. /. Description of the Product: Principle: Spectral analysis of blood through nail bed of finger non invasively. The spectra are analysed and coded and fed to the computer and the computer will analyse and process the data. Instant blood sugar and haemoglobin values are displayed in the screen continuously. Working Model: Light source is infra red and red rays. Infra red and red rays are passed through finger nail bed. The light after passing through the finger tip passes through series of prisms in a Spectroscope. The resultant rays are picked up by diode and the signals are tabulated in analog scale. The rays after passing through the chamber of prisms, the resultant rays are displayed and can be viewed through eye piece also. At the eye piece end a camera is connected and the spectra could be displayed in the monitor. Each spectrum is coded. Multiple spectra are coded and fed to the computer. The datas are processed and analysed. When a new patient introduces finger into the probe, the spectra is captured and fed to the computer where it is processed and analysed. The values are displayed in the monitor. The spectra are captured every minute are continuously and the results could be displayed for haemoglobin and blood sugar. Similarly, the signals received by the sensitive diode are also analysed and supplemented for this analysis.
