This new invented model generates electrical power from tidal source (sea waves) or flowing water source (e.g. river) with very efficiently. The sea waves or flowing water (e.g. river) produces displacement movement in the rotating blades. The blades rotate rotating-sprockets. The power received within rotating sprockets is being transmitted to main shaft via transmission mechanism. The power of the main shaft rotated electrical generator which has being connected to it. Thus electrical power is being produced across the electrical generator. In this invented model, larger cross section area of the rotating blade is subjected to marine current power or tidal current power or flowing water (e.g. river) and kinetic energy of the marine current power or tidal current power or flowing water (e.g. river) produces longer displacement in the rotating blades at given point of time. The longer displacement produced in rotating blades gains maximum power out of marine current power or tidal current power or flowing water (e.g. river). Thus it generates considerably more power as compare to other model. This invented model produce electrical power at same output during high tide as well low tide generation. There is ebbs generation during low tide period and there is flood generation during high tide period. The uniquely designed rotating blade of this invented model make possible to produce electrical energy all the time. The same model principle can be used to generate electrical power from marine current power or tidal current power or flowing water (e.g. river). These main advantages make this invented model to play very important and major role in generation of electrical power from marine current power or tidal current power or flowing water (e.g. river). And application of this invented model is commercially viable on larger scale to generated electrical power from marine current power or tidal current power or water
