Refers to a combined preparation of POLYPHASE Estradiol Valerate in combination with 17a - hidroxiestra cyanomethyl - 17 - beta - 4.9 - dien - 3-one (MEN) that contains: a) a first phase of two doses of estradiol 2,25mg Units; (b) a Second Phase of two groups of dose units that conti In: (i) 5 units of dose of a combination of 1.5 mg of estradiol and 2mg of Dienogest,(ii) 17 dose units and a combination of 1.5 mg of estradiol and 3mg of Dienogest; (c) a Third Phase 2 dose of estradiol 0,75mg Units; and (d) other Phase 2 dose units placebo; with which the POLYPHASE combined Preparation consists of a total of 28 dose units. This Preparation is helpful for oral contraception and oral Therapy of dysfunctional uterine bleeding
