The invention relates to a reusable portable modular dike, filled with water resulting from floods or other sources, made of special materials, resistant to impacts and perforations, which may also be used as a water tank for firefighting or in agriculture. According to the invention, a module of the mentioned dike consists of an interior tube (1), made of PVC foil with textile insertion, having a diameter Φ = 0.8 m and a length L = 10 m, which is provided at one of the ends with two bronze taps, one for filling-discharging (3), and the other for ventilating (4), along the interior tube (1), on both lateral sides, there being a fin (2) which forms, in cross section, together with the body of the interior tube (1), an equilateral triangle, at both ends of the interior tube (1) there being circularly mounted some tapes (6) provided with some rings (5) for anchoring and extending the next module, and the interior tube (1) is introduced into an exterior tube (7), with protection role, having the diameter Φ = 1.2 m, with role of protection, made of materials with fire-proof and bullet-proof properties, and which has, at the ends, some grooves (8) through which the anchoring and extending rings (5) pass, and some spaces (9) through which the taps (3 and 4) mounted on the interior tube (1) come out.
