A method for decrease of virus loading in samples of blood serum and plasma by treatment with specific immunosorbent of biological fluid and the subsequent removal of immunomagnetic sorbent. The immunosorbent of biological fluid is obtained from specific antibodies with highly avidity reduced and covalently bonded with magnetite, functionalized amino groups by means of heterobifunctional reagent of maleimidobenzoic acid of N-hydroxysuccinimide ester, and on 100 mg of immunomagnetic biosorbent 1 cmof serum or plasma are added containing the hepatitis C virus, and is kept to 1-3 hours at the room temperature and precipitated with the constant external magnet.
