Method for treatment of secondary pyelonephritis in children with hydronephrosis through use of ozonated physiological solution, at that to decrease hypoxemic stress and to improve micro-circulation processes in kidney parenchyma and upper urinary ducts one uses three-channel draining system: for pyelostomia, intubation of section of pelvis-urinal anastomosis and urinary ducts and to supply ozonized solution and other medicinal sunstances just to kidney parenchyma and urinary duct.
