摘要

A method for obtaining the stabilized solution of magnetite nanoparticles for the targeted delivery of anticancer drugs comprises the use of polymeric film encompassing magnetite nanoparticles. The first coating layer with dextran-90 or sodium oleate is applied 4-5 times with 5-min interval at the temperature of 90-100 °C until the final concentration of 0.25-0.5%. The second coating layer with phospholipids is applied 5 times at the temperature of 40-50°C with the final phosphatidylcholine concentration of 1.5% in the aqueous phase.
