METHOD FOR RE-ENDOPROSTHETICS OF MAMMARY GLANDS AFTER SUBPECTORAL ENLARGEMENT MAMMOPLASTY

A method for re-endoprosthetics of the mammary glands after subpectoral enlargement mammoplasty provides for covering the lower part of the implants with the posterior layer of the capsule transferred to the anterior surface of the implant. The upper part of the implant is placed into the new subpectoral pouch between the greater pectoral muscle and the dublicature of internal and external layers of the capsule in thorax. The lower part of the cavity is corrected by selecting the required site of fixation of the capsular flap to the pectoral fascia.
