METHOD FOR PREDICTING EXTENT OF PROGRESSION IN SYNDROME OF NON-DIFFERENTIATED DYSPLASIA OF CONNECTIVE TISSUE IN CHILDREN

A method for predicting the extent of the progression in the syndrome of non-differentiated dysplasia of the connective tissue in the children comprises the detection of the phenotypic features followed by their scoring. The severity of the syndrome is predicted depending on the sum of the points. Furthermore, the visceral manifestations of the syndrome are assessed such as the low anomalies of the development of the respiratory organs, the organs of vision, the genitals, the urinary system, the musculoskeletal system, the development of the heart, the development of the gall bladder, the manifestations of dysplasia-dependent and/or dysplasia-associated pathology and the functional impairments of the organs and the systems of the organs.
