METHOD OF DIAGNOSING SEVERITY DEGREE OF SYNDROME OF NON-DIFFERENTIATED CONNECTIVE TISSUE DYSPLASIA

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to therapy. The following phenotypic manifestations of syndrome of non-differentiated dysplasia of connective tissue are registered in patient: hypermobility of joints, hyperelastisity of skin, deformities of chest and/or spine, platypodia, hernias in anamnesis, habitual subluxations of joints. Additionally identified are wrist symptom, thumb symptom, higher fragility of vessels, body weight deficit (Varga index lower than 1.5), varix dilatation, including varicocele in men. In case if 2-3 phenotypic features of the syndrome are present in patient, conclusion about mild degree of severity is made. In case if 4-5 features are present - about medium degree of severity.
