A technique for anoplasty after fissurectomy provides for descending U-shaped flap of the rectal mucosa by its traction with fixation of the flap to anoderma with the aid of the interrupted sutures. The tissues of the chronic anal fissure, which were used for traction, are cut step-by-step. The sutures are tied up.
