METHOD OF ANOPLASTY AFTER DISSECTION OF CHRONIC ANAL FISSURE

A method of anoplasty after dissection of the chronic anal fissure provides for descending U-shaped flap of the anal mucosa after cutting the tissues of the separated anal fissure. The descended flap is fixed after its traction and the additional suturing with the aid of the horizontal U-shaped suture to the bottom of the wound. The edges of the descended flap of mucosa are additional fixed with the aid of separate interrupted sutures.
