METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF DISORDER OF TROMBOCYTE HEMOSTASIS IN PATIENTS WITH HIGH RICK OF THROMBOTIC COMPLICATIONS

Method for evaluation of distortion of thrombocyte hemostasis in patients with high level of risk of thrombotic complications in which one investigates saturated with thrombocytes blood plasma of patients, induced aggregation activity of thrombocytes is evaluated by change of optical density of plasma rich on thrombocytes before and after aggregation of those cells with comparison to difference of optical density of rich and poor on thrombocytes plasma. As evaluation criterion one calculates one calculates value of total index of aggregation of thrombocytes. Depending on value of total index of aggregation of thrombocytes one makes conclusion on high risk of thrombotic complications in the named above category of patients, this can be basis for correction of anti-thrombocytic therapy prescribed.
