METHOD FOR RESTORING POSTINJURY PARTIAL DEFECT OF AURICULAR HELIX

A method for restoring the postinjury partial defect of the auricular helix comprises the dissection of the cicatrix. One-stage reconstruction comprises the cuts on the posterior auricular surface in perpendicular to upper and lower edges of the defect. Then the cut runs along the posterior sulcus of auricle upwards from the upper edge and downwards from the lower edge. The skin-fat flap is widely separated from the posterior auricular surface and mastoid process.
