A combustion engine for detonating mixture of global energy by A. Molodozhonov comprises conventional or rotary, or turbo-jet, or jet combustion engine, carburetor or technical device for preparation of mixture of working fuel of snow or rain water and detonating mixture of global energy produced by technical device according to physical-chemical technology of conversion of global energy to ecologically pure, high-calorific power resource. The technical device for conversion of global energy comprises dielectric, hermetic pre-fabricated body, with the upper and the lower covers, anode, cathode, electrolyte as 5 % aqueous solution of KOH, tank for consumption of working snow or rain water, upper tube with connection valve, lower connection tube, tube with cone and valve for filling with working snow or rain water, pipeline with valve for consumption of working snow or rain water, circulation pipeline with suction valve, pump, supercharge valve, tube with valve for discharge of working water solution of KOH, pipeline with valve for discharge of detonating mixture, receiver with manometer, electric contact and safety valve, pipeline with control valve for discharge-supply of detonating mixture.
