A method for making liquid feeds for farm animals from raw vegetable material processing wastes such that the raw vegetable material wastes are mixed with a 75 % solution of sufuric acid in a ratio of 1:(5.5-6.5), heated up to a temperature of 40-45 °C, kept at discontinuous mixing for 10-15 min, treatment by a method for discrete-impulse energy input is carried out in a rotary-impulse unit up to obtaining homogenous feed mass and 100 % cellulose hydrolysate.
