摘要

A method for obtaining feedstuff from protein-containing wastes of raw animal materials consists in alkaline hydrolysis of the raw protein-containing material of the contents of fore stomachs of ruminants. The mixed protein-containing raw material and contents of fore stomachs of ruminants, which are taken in a ratio of 1:2, are supplemented with the contents of pig stomachs in an amount of 10% of the total weight. The mixture obtained is hydrolyzed and is cooled up to a temperature of 37-45 DEGREE C, and then it is fermented by means of adding the ground pancreas of slaughter animals in an amount of 5% of the weight of the hydrolyzed mixture with the further inactivation by boiling.
