A method for early diagnostics of acute stroke course by ischemic type during acute period by ultrasonic research examination. The ultrasonic Doppler examination of brain vessels is carried out to a patient in the first day of disease by standard procedure with determination of cerebrovascular reactance factors of vessels (RI, PI). At maximal linear sytolic rate of blood-groove on average brain artery less 70cm/min, dyastolic rate of blood-groove on average brain artery less than 22 cm/min, total Stuart index more than 3.2, total cerebrovascular reactance factors of vessels: PI above 1.3; RI - above 0.68 and growth of blood-groove asymmetry factor above 15 % (in norm Ka 15 %), incisure availability in the Doppler spectrum the adverse disease course is diagnosed as well as progress of acute strokes by ischemic insult.
