TECHNIQUE FOR LAPAROSCOPIC CHOLECYSTECTOMY IN PATIENTS WITH CHOLELITHIASIS WITH CONCOMITANT CHRONIC HEPATITIS AND LIVER CIRRHOSIS

摘要

A technique for laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the patients with cholelithiasis with concomitant chronic hepatitis and liver cirrhosis comprises the use of the special needle for passing the thread over the round ligament of the liver. The thread is then passed outwards, pulled upwards, and the left lobe of liver is taken aside providing the access to hepatoduodenal ligament and the neck of gall bladder.
